@Surge Yes, it is an issue with the engine as a whole. When i went to turn in my car they had two brand new S63s that had the same pattern of issues as my car had.
There is a set of new posts for the 2019 E63S finally being released. Any bets on the first CEL post from one of those cars that was sitting at the various VPC locations for months? I give it two weeks. At some point the EPA can force the fix or buyback. The cars are not supposed to throw CELs within the first 80000 miles without being fixed. The plot thickens.

@HBerman If they really haven't touched/updated the system i give it 2-3 months. Looks like most problems started popping up with 2-4K miles on the cars.
