@gurnio114 I had a solid experience with Stericycle here in CA (as solid as a lemon buyback can go...). I would put zero faith behind whatever your dealers have told you about your car or the issue as a whole. If the full engineering might of Mercedes cannot diagnose it, i dont think i would trust a random dealer's "emission map" diagnosis. Also, MBUSA must comply with the state laws regarding Lemon Law. If the laws dictate that they must repurchase the vehicle, they HAVE to repurchase it. It has nothing to do with willingness on their part and the Corporate side of MB is completely removed and separate from dealer franchises.
@Surge Yes, it is an issue with the engine as a whole. When i went to turn in my car they had two brand new S63s that had the same pattern of issues as my car had.
