900hp DME/Pureturbo only runs 10.8
Measured myself by using Dragy on public road. bmw M5 first edition . Piggy back provided by Manhart,Germany. They promised 100-200kmh from standstill 5.9. Real results met their promises. From rolling it reaches 100-200 in 5.5s. Fuel used 100Ron from petrol station.

Also as far as I know, these new ECUs have atleast 3 separate torque limiters which is calculated from the manifold airflow. If they are not adjusted properly the throttle might close or boost will drop in higher gears depending on the which limiter was not adjusted properly.
Was the tranny reinforced for this car? A TCU update would go far with this car too. In the new generations of MB, it is the tranny that is the bottle neck.
we have 10.37 not even on stage2 map file. And not full downpipes set , only upper decat.
amg is tuning friendly, it’s all about tuners who can’t unlock and bypass torque limiters in transmission. Without it being remap , car will not produce more torque than transmission allows to and will lead to possible damage. Greater than allowed amount of torque will lead transmission transfer box to adopt to default numbers set by factory. Same happened on my 212, when I had 1150 Nm of torque on dyno, when pushing “kick down” on high speeds I had “check engine” light, code says torque exceeds limit. After transmission remap it got solved.
PS f90 dme connection aka ecu is not hidden anywhere. It’s under the mesh on the top left when looking at the engine.

I saw JB4 results. They are so bad... 10.8 on piggy back lol.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I am going to be delighted with 0-62 in 3.5 secs, probably 3.3-3.4 in reality and maybe 3.0 with a tune.
Thats plenty fast for me given I’m 95% going to drive on a road with other cars that I’m not planning on racing or killing!

She was one of the instructors at the AMG Academy at Laguna Seca this spring. My instructor was actually Pippa Mann, which was pretty cool, my wife was really stoked to meet her and ride with her on a Pro lap.
Anyway, too much is almost enough when it comes to modding cars and bikes . . .

Dont get me wrong, the acceleration is a big draw and actually the way the AMG does it, perhaps the transmission was a big tick v the M5 which was different and more linear.
I will look to tune mine but if it doesn’t get to 2.8 secs etc, I think I’ll live!

Jealous how? If the W213 ended up being what I wanted I’d buy one. The W212 is horrible over sharp road imperfections and because of such is a rattletrap comparatively speaking. I’m not stuck in the past but the W211, while lacking modern technology, is a much more comfortable ride than the W212. And by nearly all accounts so far the W213 is even more harsh than the W212. If you disagree you’re in denial or maybe like you suggested, you are missing something...

These car gives you almost Tesla level performance at the track for a whole day almost with a half a tank of gas. Where as Teslas probably have to go back home after 4 or 5 runs because P=V^2/R, so as your ramp it up, power draw becomes exponential. Also no soul. Like none at all.

My wife loves the ride comfort in my e63s wagon and oh yeah she is a "girl". just sayin..

I think that’s why I’m coming off like such a bitter ****. Because I think the new M5 (and the RS7) may be more of what I’m looking for in a mid sized sports sedan and I honestly don’t want to leave AMG. I was seconds away from a 17 RS7 two weeks ago but forced myself to wait for a test drive in the F90. Now that it also has the ZF8 auto it has my attention.
