yes even in manual mode it auto shift early..for my second question im talking about suspension mode and traction

I use comfort suspension since it allows the car to squat on its rear tires which tends to reduce hop. As for traction, I turn off traction control since it tends to intercede too aggressively.

My car doesn't auto-shift "UP" when in manual mode so I've no idea how to help you--are you sure yours does this?
