Could you please help me to find out how far my vehicle is in production? WDD3G4EB7KW028569. The vehicle is an A class, It seems they are completed in Mexico and I will have to pick it up in Philadelphia. In your experience when will be ready for pick up if everything goes well? Thanks in advance

Due to chip shortage, the HERMES (Hardware for Enhanced Remote Mobility & Emergency Services) module isn't available until at least next year. You can pick up the car by signing to confirm you acknowledge that certain features won't be available that uses this module.
