Well 4 days of break-in driving I can report...the car is more crisp and deliberate into corners than my 16 S6. It is so hard not to unleash the beast. I’m trying so hard to not let her riip, It’s sooooo tempting.

Meanwhile my C63S coupe has been sitting at VPC received since Friday 30Nov with no assignment to carrier. Boat was late 8 days, and unluckily I’m not observing a speedy turnover to truck as some others observed.
Can you update?

Congrats on your car @Wassaby ! Beautiful spec. Any possible way you can check status if Canadian cars?

Mine has arrived also today!
6 months waiting, but now still 2 more weeks to get the PPF, ceramic coating and customization
already left it at the detailer.
but i was surprise for getting Pirelli P Zero for tires. Why on earth is not the Michelins?? shouldn't this be standard/universal?
for those that had tried both, what do you think about their differences?

Supposedly 50/50% or there about, luck of the draw. I too got the P zero tires.
Just put on a set of Michelins to replace the P zeros, which were done about about 10,000 miles. Haven't had the car out for a canyon run yet so no impressions for handling. But my first immediate impression when I got the PS4s was that road noise was reduced somewhat. Also the car didn't seem to squirm as much over pavement irregularities and rain groves - but that may have just been my imagination.

Nope, I did ask about it during my European delivery tour and they said it's just an allotment and luck of the draw.
In the US, it's common for some of the car manufacturers to deliver with Firestone or Goodyear, same luck of the draw process. The difference in days of old, was that when I ordered a car or truck from Ford I usually had the option of choosing a specific tire if I knew I didn't want the suckky Firestone or other brand. Don't recall any option to specify the Michelin tires on the E63S.

Aren’t those out of production for a long while? Didn’t 4S replace those?

go fast grocery getter wagon
what you have gotten must be the leftovers. Check the manuf. date of those tires, if they are like made in 2016 or early 2017, then indeed they are leftovers.
the only scenario this tire still being made is for OE certified equipment purpose under MB in which Michelin is asked to continue making them for a little while longer.

Just picked up my E. Had Michelins on it but swapped some Conti's for a few months while its cold.
Picked up the GLC63 a little over a week ago. Had the Michelin's on or as well. Swapped for Pirellis a/s until spring.
