E63S VS M5 Quality
VW
golf has a higher “Quality” interior. It's not as pretty but it feels solid to the touch. Recently I went by a Mercedes dealership, and they didn't have a E63S, but they had a E400 and to me it didn't feel like the quality that a 120.000 € car should have. it still squeaked when pressed moderately hard. After that I went to a BMW dealership and I was really impressed, at first glance the interior is not as flashy but the quality and the minor details that are put in place just make the car feel well though out and premium. So my question is for you fine gentlemen with E63S how dose your interior quality feel, I know it looks premium but dose it
feel
premium? And also since I will be driving this car in Bulgaria and most of the roads here are horrible, how hard is the suspension if anyone could compare it to a W205 with the AMG Sport package and Shocks.
Another aspect is full leather. The M5 is offered in full leather. Mercedes doesn't know what that is.

I have to agree here as well. The E may appear to have the nicer interior but the F90 M and even the F10 M5 had more supple amenities as a whole. Further, the functionality of the I drive and tech is much better than the Comand operations.
To address the OP's question about road feel in relation to horrible roads; you will not enjoy the E63S in these circumstances. I have been a supporter of the more taut and less forgiving E63S suspension but with the caveat of having relatively well paved roads where I reside. The M will suck up the unevens much much better with the way its dampers and springs operate in unison.
Edit: noticed you asked about a W205 which I had too (C63S) and that car was arguably more stiff than the E63S because of the spring/damper set up vs the Air Body Control system in the E. The M5 will be even better for you.

That said in Europe you may be able to order the car with 19" wheels which may help. We are only offered 20s in the US.

i don't know why AMG needed to stiff up so much the car. comparing to M5 it seems the profile on the tires is 40/35 aggainst 35/30 in the E63S. so a lot of tunning in the suspension and tires for getting the handling to this point :/

For the E63S there are 3 modes of dampening: Comfort, Sport, and Sport Plus. The modes you mentioned are not just for suspension but cover other parts of the driving dynamics like engine response, steering, exhaust.
I think we are on the same page but just wanted to clarify that with Porsche there are only 2 settings that we can manipulate from a dampening level.

Venice Florida, with no 100F swings and total disregard of maintenance by Chicago/Illinois decision makers, has roads that allow you to appreciate the stiff E63 much better then the poor shlobs (like myself) stuck in this place.
