Exhaust valve at idle

Exhaust valve at idle
hi guys
need help to confirm with anyone with the stock performance exhaust on their E63S if the exhaust valves are fully opened with either race mode or exhaust button activated at idling
I’m quite sure it was fully open even at idle but now that I have swapped out my exhaust the valve is only partially open ( 5 degrees or so ) at idle. Or perhaps I was wrong and it does indeed only partially open at idle and open fully under load?
would appreciate if anyone can help me do a quick check

i would assume so too but I was just told from another E63S owner that when the exhaust button is activated it only opens partially for sound
only when in race mode are the valves fully opened
I’ve looked at mine and when either is activated both don’t open fully. But with race mode it’s slightly louder which is due to the increase in idling rev
so I can only assume it opens fully when on load
sorry Carac can I trouble u to physically take a look at the valves when it’s at idle
