I've often wondered why people who perpetually lie are so very bad at it. You would think they would become experts at lying over time... but nope. Just weak transparent lies and lame excuses.

Read your responding texts to the customer in the post I linked to. It reads like you're just messing with him trying to make him upset. If you aren't understanding what is happening in that series of texts you really need to get someone else to handle your communications with customers. If you don't, your business will fail. You have a negative iTrader rating and multiple members here clamoring to have you banned. You need to change what you're doing or find another profession.
