FUNNY NOISES AT FULL LOCK
I HAVE DIFFERENT NOISES AT FULL LOCK WHEN GOING OVER A ROLLED CURB. i HAVE HAD 4 WHEEL DRIVE CAR A ND i KNOW THAT AT FULL STEERING LOCK YOU GET FUNNY NOISES BUT THIS SEAMS MORE NOTICABLE. JUST WONDERING IF ANYTHING IS WRONG.

I think it's normal.

If you're very worried then get it checked over at the dealership for peace of mind.

This sound is pretty common with the setup we have, especially noticeable when its cold and/or wet.

Well in his defence it snowed there in 1939... And it did get down to 17 degrees in 1950. But it does average 43.4 overnight in January...

Normal, more noticeable with summer tires in cold weather, it went away almost completely when I put all-seasons on for winter.

Agree and in my case I had it checked out at the dealership who also said it was normal.

AMG GTC Roadster, E63s Ed.1, M8 Comp. Coupe
It's a known thing. Happens with performance summer tires at colder temps. Especially pronounced when tires are over inflated by MB

There is a service bulletin out of that (saw that in another thread) and they recommend changing to snows or all seasons
