Night Package question
How noticeable is it to NOT have the AMG Night Package on a Irridium Silver E63S? If I was to order one, I'd probably prefer black to chrome, but want to know how noticeable the chrome is (non Night package car) is in real life.
I am trying to look at pictures, but cannot see too big of a difference.

I’d say fairly noticeable but not as much as a black or white car. It’s always gonna be subjective though isn’t it?. One thing about it that always irked me is everything is black except for a long horizontal chrome strip on the rear bumper. Always saw that as out of place on the night package.
Personally I don’t have it on my white E wagon. I also don’t have it on my wife’s black GLE and find the chrome accents help break all the black monochromatic look.

Night package
I would still need to do black vinyl wraps on the area where there’s chrome. Was a little disappointed they didn’t go the full works to have everything in chrome made black.

Picture of without night package. IMO. I like the chrome. And I can always get it wrapped later for cheaper than the price when ordered from mb if i wanted. I think the chrome makes her look a bit more classy too. Either way she's an amazing ride.

Chrome corrosion
Aside to that, I’m hot tropical climate where I’m from the chrome tarnishes quickly. Not sure if you look at the chrome strip of the back, it’s very tarnished already. Need to clean every couple of months.

I like the night package. Tinted windows blend well with the blacked out surrounds. The entire car is wrapped in XPEL clear and while he was at it my wrapper put some XPEL stealth on the chrome handles and the chrome strip on the tailgate, which gives them a satin silver finish that matches the grille, so that everything at the beltline is satin silver to contrast with everything above being blacked out, including the roof rails on the wagon. My personal opinion is that with light wheels a little brightwork on the body balances the black trim, blacking out the handles and tailgate strip would be overkill for what I'm going for, but it's a personal preference thing.

Gloss on the matte grey magno or matte black special edition finishes as well? It's hard to tell in the pictures.
I had my satin chrome window trim and roof rails wrapped in gloss black. I like it but I don't love it. It's been raining otherwise I'd post a couple quick pictures.
