Tune Question
Source: I have no warranty because I tuned my car.
A "good tune" will not do anything to harm your car.
I don't think clicking 2 buttons is "doing a deep dive into your ECU" (that assumes they don't have this check automated in Xentry/STAR diagnostics, which they most likely do) for a company looking to not lose thousands on warranty claims.
If you tune, count on your VIN getting flagged and your warranty claims getting denied. Multiple people on the forums other than just me have their VIN flagged. Some don't because their service advisors like them/can stop the technicians from flagging the VIN. I have no idea the logistics of that gray area in the process.

Again a good tune will not harm your engine but a bad attitude towards your Mercedes service manager will get you flagged every time..
Tips are a great service tool and respect for the people working on your car goes a long way.. Just because you drive an AMG doesn't mean you're special.
