do you think you can shave another 0.2s with downpipes? then another 0.4s with turbos? can you get to 5.0-5.1s 100-200km/h with some bolt on hardware upgrades, no meth?
at what power do you re-enforce the tranny? will it break at 800-900nm? 1000nm?
Yes another 20-30hp with catless dp.
Gerbox is strong. It hold 1000nm for sure and with TCU sw its bullet proof.

Yes thats benefit comes from better software.
You learn everyday. TCU is big difference.
Now with that said.... what if you run dyno mode in the street... does it unlock full potential?
I have heard in the older cars (W211) it was slower. But that could be cos it was RWD with no ABS etc etc
Also it's not that hard for the ECU to detect dyno-mode being used on the street and cut power on the RWDs. Haven't seen anyone try it on AWD versions though, but the lack of ABS probably scares folks

I think this is all a misunderstanding, i think its a language barrier. Mrki is a friend of mine, i was just recently in Germany and was with him at GAD motors. He does own an insanely amazingly fast GT-S coupe and has extensive knowledge on the subject.
His information on the TCU/CPC is accurate and its benefits to the power and speed that it translates to. This has also been a major topic n the W212 E63S world of TCU limitng tq for many years.
Agreed, misunderstanding because of language barrier. I saw no offence from the 6schnell guy this was more a compliment for the fast GTS from MRKI.
Be kind to each other, this is only hobby.
