18 E63S , 12 E63 , 06 SL55 , 2011 S65
18 E63s no boost 🤦‍♂️

Have had that issue for months now . Down pipes , exhaust , BOV , Weistec stage 2 tune , Meth kit and now no boost . Replaced exhaust valves from Maisrtshaft and still the same . Not sure what to do now . I have tried everything but no one know what is the problem. My local shop suggested to replace the exhaust valves actuators but I’m not sure if that would fix the issue . Anybody had the same issue and how to resolve it . By car should be pushing easy 750whp by now but unfortunately I got noting now

When I had this issue, one of the actuators had gone bad, due to trying to actuate a stuck valve over and over again. Your shop may be on to something there...test the actuators for sure.

Mercedes will not honor it since my car is tuned , they won’t even bother look at the issue 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Do you have faults for the low boost concern? Are the turbos spooling but not making boost? I have seen the intake manifolds split on some of the earlier cars, it's possible especially on a tuned car.

Check below steering rack

Put the car on the hoist..
drop the steering rack below..
look for the coupler on the boost hose, it may have become lose. If so, the clamps need to be tightened.

3 valves , they all working fine now but since I replaced them with the ones from Maisrtshaft someone told me that won’t work , they need to be the oem valves. Such a complicated issue

no fault codes at all , I cleared the ecu and retuned it again still no boost

You should check your WMI kit. I have Weistec WMI and I had a boost leak from hose coming lose after install. I was only hitting around 14 lbs of boost.

I really bet that is it since we have the same kit and I had the exact same issue.

My boost is back up now with full power , it got nothing to do with my meth kit it was just the exhaust valves

how exactly did they place the valves outside because I wanna do the same To my car if it’s my valves.

what’s crazy is that I had my whole exhaust replaced by Mercedes and it was back to normal with full power and then would be on and off with losing power. And now it’s constantly at half power

is your car tunned? If it’s that normal those valves go bad right away because of the heat from the down pipes , go back to Mercedes have them replaced the exhaust but u need to take it to a shop right away cut off the valves and nag them outside and weld a straight pipe on the exhaust .

yes my car is tuned dme stage 2 and thank you I’m gonna take it back to Mercedes and have them replace i just have no idea that they go bad like that

Mate, I'm struggling now with the same issue - massive loss of power and boost, no error codes, nothing wrong during all the test and checks. I saw your post and noticed that you said your exhaust flaps were working fine and the actuators were moving freely. Now with this post you're saying the issue was exactly in the exhaust flaps. How have discovered that is the case while obviously the actuators and flaps works just fine? I'm confused.

Thanks for clarifying this to me.
