Location of battery on E63S

Location of battery on E63S
Hi I just recently sold my 2016 Edition 1 C63S and bought a Dec 2018 E63S, as I don’t know much about the location of things as totally different to the C63 does anyone know where is the 12v battery located in this car as it’s not under the boot floor like the C63.
can someone one help?

Main battery on our US wagon is underhood, obscured by some plastic covers, right-hand side firewall.

On US cars it is underhood on the RH side. There is a red sliding cover over the positive post for charging access. Since it is an AGM battery you will want to keep it charged if there are long periods w/o use.
