Well, there's certainly a range from hideous (as pictured) to elegant and tasteful. Brightwork is traditional and, properly executed, makes a vehicle appear to its best advantage. No black trim or black cars for me, ever.

Night package

Well - went down to dealer and they had Selenite G53 with night package. Changed back to the night package. The tips on that vehicle are not attached to the exhaust. I’d bet the 2021 E63 pipes aren’t either. So - adding chrome pipes after the fact is potentially an option.

The black roof rails cost about $700 at the parts counter so I just went with painting them in a quality way since I was just wrapping the trim.

It never ends... Last night I found several pictures of a 2021 Mojave Silver GLS 63 with the night package - and now I may change my order to night package just like you did. Lol!

I generally add the night package to all the builds I do for AMG's.. the E63's get the dark tinted grill as an option for 21.. so fingers crossed, should look good, I did on all mine

Just one thing to note. When I spec'd my 2021, there was an option for a black chrome panamericana grille. I think it completes the "black trim" look. They didn't have that option for the pre-facelift as far as im aware.

I could have sworn they had a picture when my dealer showed me. Best I could find, should look similar. It basically those two chrome strips at each section of the grille but in dark chrome:

Too much chrome for the grill for dark colors. I do think that the chrome grill looks good on Selenite.

I had to select that option when I placed my order and there was an additional charge. It's possible that this has changed, but I did see that 5U6 required the DC1 package to be specified.
