Never been too much into the night package look - but - after seeing the release videos for new sedan/wagon I decided to add it. The car just looks so much more sporty without all the chrome. Dropped the silver forged wheels an replaced them with the Black/Silver double spokes. Final order Selenite/Nut Brown/Metal Weave/CCBs.
Any idea what it means on the night package order that dark tinted windows not available in US?

The dark tinted rear windows are dropped for the US as they do not meet DOT standards. I've specified the Acoustic package which includes infrared blocking windows along with additional insulation. I've also specified RTR wheels. I like a bit of bright metal and not totally blacked out.
I bought my Selinite wagon in '18 without the night package and changed my mind a few years later, so I had TAG Motorsports wrap the window frames and Paint the roof rails. It came out great and is still looking like new a year later. I also added a MODE Carbon grill and front canards. Here are some before and after pics that may help with your decision. Personally, I think the night package is essential for the E63 except in all black versions. Especially black with black wheels, the chrome makes it stand out and not look too darth vader like. Cos when that can happen, it becomes more of a personal taste thing
I opted for no night package on my 21 Selinite grey wagon. Biggest reason for me was the black exhaust tips that I didn’t like. But I agree it maybe look more "badass" with everything blacked out, if that´s your cup of tea :-)
I can’t say I disagree with you re: the silver exhaust. Now you have me second guessing.
It was a very tricky one for me aswell :-) I also depend on which rims you choose, if you choose night package I think you should go with the black rims. If I opted for a white car then night package is sort of mandatory but selenite grey is kind of dark already so some shiny parts is nice I think.
I guess bluesea in the thread do have a nice combination with some chrome and blacked out parts.

I choosed chorme to show my individuality (most of the cars is speced with nightpackage and the black forged wheels)
I chose the night package and the carbon fiber option which replaces most of the night package trim I also specified the carbon fiber mirror covers. That's differentiating itself enough from the "boy racer" look of an all black theme. I've left a few chrome highlights as well as the wheels being RTR.

I was debating Lunar Blue vs Graphite Grey for my build, but came down on the latter. I specified the RTR wheels for contrast and left the door handles as chrome too.
SFT, If you're making a decision partly on the rear Night Package picture above, the exhaust tips do not completely disappear as much in daylight or most times. You can't go wrong with either trim, of course.
I added the Night Package exhaust tips - at the $750 price that would have been for the whole package when I ordered the car, then went further. I guess I'm a bit biased here but I am ordering a GLS 63 without the Night Package - but I'm still frequently on the configurator and google images questioning my choices. Today I decided that I'm leaving the order as is. It just depends on if you want run around as the White Knight or the Black Knight.
You were able to order just the exhaust tips and the rest of it chrome?
No. I ordered them a year or so later and they cost me $750, which was the price of the whole Nite Package option if I were to have ordered it at the time. You can see the silver tips in some of the earlier pictures.
