Climate Control random reset
Yesterday I drove my car to run errands, and the Climate Control for both driver and passenger was set at around a comfortable 70F (can't remember exact setting). Later in the day, I went to run another errand, and as soon as I started the car, the A/C was running full blast! I looked down, and the driver side was set at 61F, and the passenger side at "Low". I had not touched it. This is the second time this has happened to me. Anyone else experience this?

Not at all. I'm the only one who drives the car, and there is only one key in use (the other is stored away). There are no other profiles.

This has happened to me also about 2 or 3 times in the first year. Started and both were set at LO. Thought it was strange, set it to 68 and didn’t give it another thought. But I am glad to see it isn’t just my car. Doesn’t happen in any of the other MB’s at home.

Have you had any S/W updates that might've fixed it?

I'm sure when I mention it to the SA, they're gonna check it and say "we can't duplicate the issue".

So the one thing I can think of is that you have a stale profile in the cloud that keeps getting synced to your car. I've had some of my settings randomly getting changed a while back. They recently revamped the Mercedes me personalization service and it's now back in the Mercedes me connect app. There's a note to manually export the profiles to the server from the car. I had noticed that the settings shown in my app were not in sync with the car. After manually exporting my profiles (only one, I'm the only driver) everything is in sync now. Go to System|Personalization and you should see the import/export option. Select Export to Server. It'll take a bit of time until its completed. Perhaps also make sure that your active profile is actually your personalized profile and not the guest profile or if you don't want to deal with the personalization then just uncheck the automatic synchronization.
