I have 3 oil changes in my 2020 E53. The first time they put in 229.52 5W30, ok not
exactly 229.71 as recommended by the manual at 2k miles. Second time when I
hit 5k miles, at my request my they filled it with 229.71 Castrol Edge. Yesterday
they put in 229.5, wrong oil. First part wrong. The second issue was each the oil
level was at max. This third time is was not at max, here is the picture.
So is that normal? Looks low. From my understanding that E53 has a particulate filter
before the catalytic converter and requires the low ash and sulfur content of 229.71
in order not to wreck it. Do I understand that correct? Are other people having
trouble getting the dealership to get the 229.71 oil?
