'19 E63S OE Pirelli Tires Mileage
Just turned 10,000 miles and took my E63S to my local tire shop for a tire evaluation. Front tires are between 2-3 mm and rear at 6mm. Obviously need new tires but 10,000 miles (no track days) and worn out seems WAY early. Of course, no mileage warranty on high performance factory tires and WILL replace with Michelin PS 4S...

Sounds about right. I got 11,000 out of my Pirellis and my car is used as a daily driver. Changed to Michelins, tires are infinitely better, but they wear about the same as the Pirellis.

That is a wise move. You will enjoy the difference immediately.
