What is a realistic expectation of any discount on an ordered 2021 E63S Wagon?

I have been offered 2% off for the 2021 I’d ordered back in January. It’s going to be at the dealer May 5, I was told...

2018 E63S Wagon
I got 5% but that was due to fleet pricing with an organization I'm a member of, but wagons are even HOTTER right now. The FOMO from the RS6 is bleeding into the E63 wagon market.
Another aspect to consider is the pent up demand for new cars against the lack of inventory. My Land Rover dealer, for the first time he can remember, doesn't have a single new Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Velar, etc. on the lot, nothing. Everything that comes in already has a buyer lined up, especially the Defenders. Their lot is currently overflow of the trade-ins from the sister Mercedes store next door. There are less than 30 E63 wagons for sale in the US, used or new. There may be some dealer willing to take a little on the chin but, if anything, it's a sellers market and they know they can get MSRP or better, depending on their location. It's never been harder to get a discount on a new luxury car than right now. I mean, based on the last 3 months, my 2018 has APPRECIATED ~$10k since this time last year. It's crazy right now.
