Quote: Here's a post from the W223 forum. I definitely think this is most likely the reason.

That information is not correct. MY2022 is not impacted by the proposed reversal of the CAFE rollback:

Consistent with the President’s Day One Executive Order, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) will announce how they are addressing the previous administration’s harmful rollbacks of near-term fuel efficiency and emissions standards. The two agencies’ standards work in a compatible fashion through model year 2026, with the NHTSA proposed rule starting in model year 2024 and the EPA proposed rule taking effect a year sooner with model year 2023.

MB of Laguna Niguel in Southern California has an E63 wagon, E63 sedan, and an E53 sedan if anyone is interested in taking immediate delivery. Not sure if there are mark-ups but more than likely there are.

Here’s another recent wagon arrival in Walnut Creek, CA. Polar white on black with minimal options. Here’s the info and build sheet etc:

Light on options but with Driver Assistance 2 and night package, that wagon will get the job done. And since it's a 2021 you get sport exhaust and the drive unit buttons included.

Nice find, someone should hop on it!

So this is my build and it's already spoken for . Just talked with the dealer and they're not sure why it's listed up on these sites. But glad I have a VIN now and confirmation the vehicle is built!

Ha, you should point out to them that it's on their site. That's the link I included in my post! Funny.

Congrats and enjoy! Oh and post some pics. I feel like we don't see a lot of white wagons on here.

Same thing happened to mine back in June. It was listed on the dealership website as if it was available and someone went in wanting to buy it a few hours before I got there to pick it up.

This must be a normal procedure with MB. Mine too, was advertised on the website with a spot to click on to register for a VIP test drive. The salesman didn't know it had been put on and couldn't explain. I finally got the sales manager to admit he was using it as click bait to attract visitors to the website and dealership. He claimed no one would have been able to actually drive the car, but, my confidence in them at that point was so low it was impossible to believe anything they told me.

Well apparently not all Walnut Creek Builds are spoken for! I was first in line for a 2022 order at my local dealership in Dallas, but once I heard there likely wouldn't be a 2022 model year for the E63s Wagon, I franticly searched for an unspoken for 2021wagon. I figured it would be a long shot, but I searched every day for several weeks when I came across a Cars.com add for a wagon at Walnut Creek. I called immediately and it was available. I bought it and had it enclosed shipped to Dallas, did full PPF and ceramic tint. Absolutely love it! I feel very fortunate I was able to get it.

Yes, it was the Blue Magno one. I bargained with them on the ADM, and they came down to a level I was willing to pay.

They ultimately came down to $5K ADM, and I was willing to pay that. I had been wanting a wagon for 5 years, just never pulled the trigger. I’ve never payed ADM on anything before, but with the news of no V8s for 2022, I didn’t want to wait anymore. Also, the lease on my 2017 Cadillac CTSV was coming up, and the trade in value I got was $23K more than my lease payoff (used car values insane), so I wanted to take advantage of the insane trade in value.

I have decided to sell my 2021 E63S sedan. Fully loaded with CCB's. I have some numbers from dealers but figured I would say something here in case anyone is interested. Selenite Gray with Black interior. MSRP was $142,000. Car is leased so deal would need to go thru a dealer which I am sure I can arrange. Feel free to PM or give me a call at 610-761-8024.

This gave me a heart attack for a second. I have the *OTHER* Polar White one on order at MB of Walnut Creek and I thought they had us both down on the same one until I checked the options list.
