E53 AMG 2019 Oil Temperature PROBLEM!!!
I’ve recently bought an e53 and I’ve noticed that the engine does run relatively hot compared to the previous car that I had which was the e43 amg 2017, now I would have that car all day long in S+ mode and would rag the **** out of it non stop and oil temps would reach a maximum of 114 degrees and on average run 95 - 105 degrees generally driving, so anyways now to the e53 When driving normally it will stay at 100 - 105 degrees but then once I put it in S+ and floor it it will increase rather rapidly to around 115 - 120 degrees within a mile or two, most I’ve seen it go is 121 degrees, I’ve noticed now with an oil change of 5W-40 it’s taking longer than the previous oil which was in the car which I don’t know what it was to cool down, so I’ve read some more forumns and some are saying that they’ve had similar issues and are going to try using 0W-40 instead and hopefully this brings down the temps or atleast slows them from increasing so rapidly.
would really appreciate if anyone could help.

it was designed for 0w20 only
your warranty will also be voided once the wrong oil is tested
