I did get mine installed on Monday. Took a solid 48 hours for all the services to activate. However several of the components are still not working. I don't have weather, live traffic, any additional apps, nor the ability to sync my app to the car. Spent a loooong time on the phone with customer support and they ended up suggesting I bring it back to the dealership. Least I can start the car remotely as it's getting warm down here in Florida.

 

I received our new '21 wagon exactly a year ago this week, and at the time, my car was supposedly one of the last ones built without any electronics shortages.

However, today I received service campaign letter #2022030017 to "....retrofit Hermes control unit..." ?!!! I wonder if this is a mistake or just a "generic" letter that everyone received.

Anyhow, my car has around 2,500 mi on it and the "service due" message is coming ON the dash. I really hate taking my cars to the dealers, but I have no way of resetting the service message, I guess I will deal with the service campaign. I have another campaign letter for something else on this car as well.
