2019 Wagon and Mercedes Me Connect
I had a good experience (still waiting on tires) except the service department seemed confused about activating the remaining privacy/safety-sensitive features in the Mobile Me Connect application (e.g. tracking the vehicle).
The service point of contact seems to think I need to pay $210 to reset the system because I'm the new owner.
I didn't think that sounded right because MB's "Services" page shows I have
I'm pretty sure the services for the 2019 model year were transferable and last for
Who is right? Can anyone else confirm this?

I also quickly learned that Service and Sales don't really talk to each other.
I went through the process and was fully activated in a few minutes.
The app used to immediately crash.
The new version on iOS was updated sometime this week.
