After many months of searching for the right car & spec (and debating between an E63 and an RS6 Avant) I'm super pumped that I took the plunge and went with the Merc!
Here she is!
2020, just over 6K miles, and had the big items I was looking for: CC brakes, Perf. seats, forged wheels, driver assist, night package.
Looking forward to racking up a bunch of fun miles with (and without!) the 3 car seats in the back.
I've driven a few RS6 avants, and they are not comparable to the E63s. After you get past the wide hips and awesome exterior, there isn't much to be excited about there lol.
Wow nice build. Very similar to the 2022 that I ordered but was never to be, sigh… I’ll never understand why cars with the black interior so often choose the plain ol’ (optional) black belts, I think the standard silver belts are super cool. Oh well.
Your first mission is to check the tire pressures. Should be 41psi front and 36psi rear. Check the inside of the fuel door for the pressure table. These cars are, ahem, rather stiffly sprung so anything more than the lowest allowable comfort pressures just adds to that.
Oh and if the oil hasn't been changed yet, definitely do that right away. If there are no records just do it now. Enjoy!

I didn't want the carbon interior either, but I've ended up with it twice now, lol. (Both new but not my build.) The matte black ash doesn't glare or scratch and you save $3k, no brainer for me. Nice build here.

i did not, i ordered 2 of them by accident. i bought one and let the other go. i still have mine, my wife's friend owns a Mercedes amg dealership.

Thanks for the heads up! Just checked pressure, 36 at all 4 corners, so will adjust the front.
Looks like the last service at the dealer was 7/2021.
