I'm looking to buy a 2021 E63S. A dealer sent me this window sticker and it looks well optioned minus the CCB's (were they even offered?).
What options is this car missing? I'm trying to learn all the options and asking dealers to send the build stickers.. Also if anyone has an unmolested one under 10K miles they want to sell, I'm cash and an transact same day.

At least for US cars, the build sheet and Monroney sticker will reflect how the car is equipped. It will not show options the car does not have, even if it was ordered by the customer from the dealership. If the feature is standard, it will be listed on the options as a missing feature with a credit for that function.
I have seen one instance where standard massage function was missing from a 2021 S580 but was not listed as a credit.
Also, it lists the seats as "Titanium Grey/Black Exclusive Nappa Leather with yellow stitching". Was there an option for full black leather? I'm not a fan of gray leather interiors, and just want to make sure this is what the "black leather" option is called and not something else. Is this the same as generic "black leather" or is this an actual Gray leather that someone chose?
Black leather is different than gray with yellow stitching. It's "missing" acoustic comfort, rear side airbags, carbon fiber II, dinamica headliner, steering wheel options, sun protection package, carbon fiber engine cover, warmth and comfort package

Couple questions/thoughts:
1. What were the steering wheel options you are referring to? I'm looking at the guide and it looks to be standard..
2. Insane that they would make a $130K car and not include side rear airbags as standard. Don't almost all cars have that now??
3. So according to the ordering guide, if I see yellow stitching it's an easy way to tell it's the titanium leather color (588). Alternatively, if I see silver stitching we know it's black/black (561)?
4. What is dinamica headliner? If the car does not have dinamica, what does it have? My Old CLS 55 had alcantara and it was amazing. My old E63 (W212) had this weird cheap looking black vinyl. Is dynamica closer to the alcantara or the cheap plastic stuff?
If anyone has a picture of what "full black" leather looks like compared to this "titanium/black", I'd be super thankful and send you a bunch of good karma.

A full black option was available. It's been a while since I've seen that interior in person, but if I recall it is black with grey accents on the seats.

Ahh yes you are right. There are different variations of the steering wheel. Which do you have? I've read the dinamica streering wheel can start to look rough after a little while? Assuming this is true, is there a way to recondition it or swap for new? I'm looking at 2017+ Porsche GTS's as well and mot have the full alcantara steering wheel and some look ok, others look like the owner was using it as a napkin.
I took a second look at the build sheet and this one has a lot of options that were mostly unavailable for 2021. That may be something to consider as you shop it against other examples.

The black looks good with silver. And the titanium looks rough in some pictures but awesome in others. What's been the general feel on the forum regarding the two? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in general having to do with pricing and negotiation, is there one that's more desirable than the other? What about wear after time? The yellow looks awesome at first sight, but does it get to be a bit much after some time?

HUD is a must. My X5M's hud is amazing and I've learned to solely rely on it. Soft close doors are my favorite option on the M also.
Car looks like an awesome spec, just missing CCB's and Carbon Fiber 2 (rear diffuser and some other bits). I don't know about the titanium, you might have to see that in person. You can't get performance seats on the FL models unfortunately, they're one of my favorite options on my car. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about how good the high end sound is.
