Weird Noise Emanating from Front Left Side of Engine Bay
I own a 2019 E63 AMG S and I've just discovered a weird noise emanating from the front left side of the engine bay. To give a bit of backstory, I took my E63 S out for a bit of a spirited drive, and towards the end of my drive I decided to launch the car using launch control. All went well (or so I thought) until 2 - 3 minutes after I launched my car, when I noticed when accelerating at low speeds, a whirring/sort of squealing noise that seemed to be originating from my car. It would go away when braking, however it would then come back when I would accelerate at low speeds again. I thought it was just the brakes overheating, as I did get on them decently hard at times. So I decided to turn off my car and let it sit for roughly 20 minutes. I then got back in, and went for another drive, this time in comfort mode with me driving and braking like a granny. The car drove great, I wasn't hearing any odd noises, there was no check engine light or alert messages popping up on my dashboard. All seemed to be well, until the end of my drive, when I had parked up, gotten out (with the engine still running) and noticed another weird noise, this time originating from the front left side of the engine bay. The noise is sort of like a beeping/morse code? sound, which you can hear for yourself as I've attached to this thread a video of the noise. I know I'm not gonna get a complete diagnosis of what it is, I'm more so just after a rough guide of what it could be from those who may have an idea, and if they could also tell me potentially how serious ($$$) it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, thanks so much for the responses/help. Really appreciate it. The noise in question originating from the front left side of the engine bay (whilst facing in front of and towards the engine bay) has gone. From what I can tell, my car continues to run and drive great, with no new issues to report.
