2018 E63S Pads/Rotors - Cross Reference or Shared Chassis

Recently acquired an 18 E63S wagon and it will need pads/rotors soon. Is there a list of cross reference numbers from other AMG chassis of the same vintage that share the braking parts as I'm finding it hard to source the rear rotors for a decent price specific to the E. I know several platforms share the same front rotors and pads and would assume the same for the rears but none of the websites I search give enough info for me to make that determination as it seems each model has it own specific part number regardless if its the same actual part. FCPeuro.com has a Brembo 2-piece front kit I bought for just under $900. They do have a rear kit for a 2018 S63 for $650 and am almost convinced to just order it to see if it fits. Any insight is much appreciated.

the E63S (red brake caliper) rear rotor seems to be the most difficult to find for aftermarket.

the front rotor will work with C63 & AMG GT63 S

I just did rear pads only , kept rotors .

I’m at 45k mi . Got factory pads from fcp and changed myself, kept same rotors , pretty simple to do .

new rotors are expensive and hard to find aftermarket

Thanks for the reply. Had seen a video and couple of posts stating the same and that is the direction I was going unless I found rotors in the process. Ordered the same pads from FCP and am going to have the rear rotors turned for $20/ea. They have just the slightest lip on them so its more of just a cleanup.

Thanks for the reply. Not a fan when MFGs make vehicle specific parts like this, especially AMG when their brake parts bin from the S63 or any of the GLC63 and up suv models would more than accomplish the braking needs of the E63. I like challenges like these so will be researching this more to hopefully find a compatible alternative.

do update us .... I will be doing my brakes in a couple of months at 100,000km. The first brake replacement job was done at around 50,000km (with about 10% a bit more of life left in them)
