2019 E63 engine issue/concern
Looking for advice here before going to dealership.
I had noticed about a week now, when I turn the car on, feel very distinct shacking/vibration coming from the engine. You can feel car is shacking.
I had similar issue few months back, dealer replaced 2 coils and oxygen sensor and everything has been fine, but now it started again.
Any feedback would be helpful.

not tuned
driven few times per week only
maintained as it should

With so few miles, does it get up to temp for a good period of time on any these drives? And how long does a tank of gas last you, months? Lastly and because I do not know, is this an 18 build date and could be experiencing some of the issues early builds had which didn't really show due to miles? Ideas to think about

it definitely reaches the temperature level
