2021 E63S Side Bolster Question

Is there a way to adjust them? I test drove a 2019 a month or so ago and it was fairly simple to go into the menu and adjust. On my 21, I cannot figure it out. Does it not have the option? Was it a package? The seats are comfortable, but I'd like the bolsters hugging my side fat a little. I cant imagine they're fixed, anyone skinny like me is swimming in them, and anyone hefty couldn't fit in the seat.

Also, is there seat cooling? Was that an option as well?

Got it. So I’m missing the active contour functions on my base seats.

Cooled option is out to I guess?

The two seats that have adjustable side bolsters are:
  • The optional AMG Performance Seats
  • The optional Active multicontour seats
Unfortunately for the FL, MBUSA no longer offers the performance seats, so the only option are the multicontour seats. The performance seats don't have active side bolster, but the bottom and upper side bolsters can be inflated for a tighter hold. In addition the multicontour seats can dynamically inflate the outer side bolster to hold you in place in corners. The performance seats don't need that because they naturally provide much better lateral support. The multicontour seats also have massage function.

As said, not an option anymore, but these would be the performance seats. They are awesome.

Man the performance seat are f'ing INSANE. I'd take the harsh ride any day of the week to get to open the door and see them. MBZ should have kept them as an option, they're so good.
