Solution for Valves?
I am completely new to these forums and even to MB. This is something that has been frustrating me so much and do not know what to do. I have a 2018 E63S that I recently bought. I got these eurocharged downpipes and had them installed. I had the option of cutting the original cats or having the transmission dropped, so I ended up doing the latter because cutting it felt too permanent. After they installed it, everything was good until I did my first launch. I got this weird transmission issue where it would kind of skip a gear or the RPM would jump back and forth, just like the guy in this link that I have put down below (he put a video and its just like it). So I thought that the transmission thing had to maybe do with the loss of back pressure and change in power or something like that. So I went and got the car tuned by a professional. After tuning it, we did a bunch of launches and the issue still persisted which was very frustrating. On my way home, I started having an issue where the car wouldn't build any boost after 4000 RPM limiting me to ~360 hp. Later I found out it was because the valve got stuck. So now I have two issues, the transmission issue (which i can no longer replicate because of the huge loss in power) and the valve issue. I took it to the same shop that did my downpipe for the sole reason being that.. hey you guys dropped my tranny for my downpipes and now I am having transmission issues. They are a benz certified shop so I trusted them. They checked the transmission and unlike the guy in that post that I linked below, I didn't have any bits and pieces of metal in the oil and I have no missing fluids or anything like that. There are not even any codes. So still being unable to replicate the issue, my goal is to fix the exhaust issue and test the car to see if it still has the transmission problem. He custom fabricated the valve in a way where the metal spring that moves the valve is now retrofitted elsewhere to move freely without making the ECU think that there is a stuck valve. Issue still persists, we ordered new actuator just in case and it is still happening. The codes are as follows:
P140404 - Exhaust gas flap 2 has a malfunction. There is an internal fault.
P13C204 - The exhaust gas flap has a malfunction. There is an internal fault.
It indicates that both the flaps are messed up but the first flap isn't even stuck, was just the second one. I am not sure if his retrofitting actually worked, but it did for others the way they explained it. I don't want to buy new valves or even cut them off of a used one because the issue is still going to happen. My next option is to get a CPC tune which will allow me to remove the code all together so the car gets out of its soft "limp" mode. The problem with that is that I have to pay $2500 for a new CPC and at the end I won't even know for sure if my transmission issue is taken care of. This has been very frustrating and I am not exactly sure how to go about it. I have third party warrranty that is so far awful as they said that in the contract it specifically states that they do not warranty anything in relation to the exhaust system which is annoying as well. I don't know what to do, do you guys know other ways to fix my exhaust valve issue without it being so costly just so I can see if my transmission issue continues or not. I do not want to spend $2000 on a tune, $2500 on a new CPC, and blow all this money on fixing the exhaust if at the end its just gonna back to continuing with this transmission issue.
What do people typically do when they get an E63s with plans of doing basic mods like the ones that I did. I really don't want to go knee deep into this car just yet, I want to do everything step by step over time just to keep it a little bit more interesting and exciting for me too. Thank you guys in advance for your responses.

Just get a CPC tune or a valve module (Renntech vs Cete) to fix the valves, done deal.
