The one option I wish I'd added is the 20 inch black forged wheels
Dealer quoting me nearly $10K to add them now...
Question: has anyone every painted the standard 5 point star rims black?
How does that look?
I'm getting the front of the car re-ppf'd and the company offered to do the wheels - said they come out well
(am also thinking about getting the front grill blacked out except the star and the chrome strip on the rear blacked out - I guess I'd need to black out the door handles too - have the night package)

I agree and think the forged cross spokes look best. The standard split 5 spokes are decent, but I think having them painted black will kind of degrade the look of the car. I say leave them as is or wait for a decent deal on the cross spokes.
I haz all the dad cars - R63 AMG, a 2018 E63 Wagon, 2022 GLB 250, and a 2017 GLA 250 for the kiddo
I just had mine repaired and had them tint the clear coat so they look pretty dark. I don’t think I’d do it again but I also have a second set of stock wheels. Here they are in two different light conditions.
Going aftermarket depends on what look you're after. With the $$$ MB wants, aftermarket can give you more flexibility in size and looks for a more reasonable price.
