Anytime there's an issue with the exhaust flaps,it will throw the car in to limp mode.
Regardless of being stuck open or closed.

And it does NOT set a hard code so the check engine light does NOT come on....the easiest fix is to find someone with TopDon or Launch that can go into the implicit variant coding, in to the PTCU module and turn OFF the LIN CAPABLE ACOUSTIC VALVES. Takes literally 5min and your done with the coding. Wedge the valves to the open position and back on the road without LIMP pulling you down.
