Service B Reset
Since then, facelift MBs has been getting it, this includes the facelift C118 CLA, facelift H247 GLA, facelift V167 GLE, facelift X167 GLE, etc.
The W214 E-Class debuted with MBUX 3.0, NTG 8 and subsequently the CLE came with this exact same system.
S-Class facelift and future MB models are said to have MB OS which departs from both MBUX and NTG.
I was getting “shortcut” offer, however after few trial and error attempts was able to get into the workshop menu

The key thing was I notice in some of the screens forum member posted on with the "shortcut" issue, they don't have it on the trip screen but you were different, you said you had it on the trip screen and it still doesn't work so I was scratching my head what went wrong.
Thanks for providing your update.

My problems began when I took my 1 year old 73 plate CLA 200 for an A service at Mercedes.
I got the car back, showing 'Service B is due'. Obviously its not due for another year. This is on the dash with constant reminders of the service now being due and on the Mercedes Me app.
Car is now booked in at Mercedes to fix but not until mid December. Apparently this was the second 73 plate CLA this had happened to.
If I was to follow the above instructions I suspect I would have to reset service B, then reset Service A so that it shows Service B in another year. Would it let me do this? Does it let you set a date or does it just reset a year from when set.

Didn't need a second press of the OK button...the service menu just appears.
