Catless vs GESI GEN2 UHO+ 400cpsi 5" 2018 E63s AMG Wagon

Hey guys, I'm relatively new here since I just got my 2018 E63s wagon three days ago. I am debating either catless downpipes or GESI GEN2 400cpsi catted downpipes both from Redstar. Unsurprisingly, I'm pairing this with a Eurocharged stage 1 (or should I say screw it and go stage 2) tune. If I use the O2 spacers, I should be completely fine with no inspection problems, right? Maybe I am stupid for this but I just want confirmation that the AMG sport exhaust valve will not be affected by this change correct?
