E Now Stands for Electric
I was sitting at a traffic signal next to a EV and it occurred to me... I wonder how many people see our trunk model badge, E63, E43, etc. and think the "E" stands for electric and they think it's an electric car?
Time for louder exhausts!!!

I'm considering doing vacuum actuated cut-outs with a key fob switch programmed to the Homelink buttons on the rear view mirror, so I can still be quiet when I want to be.

From other cars I've heard in person with cutouts that face downward, you also get the reflective sound from the ground surface.
It's not something I would drive around normally with open cutouts, but to have the option for "those moments".

My plan (if I do it) is to place the cutouts as close to the engine as I can. I'm fairly certain that straight cutouts will be considerably louder and have a much different sound than manipulating factory valves located rearward.
