Anyone done this? On my 2020 E63s it has the silver carbon fiber and I'm just not into it. I know it was a $2850 option but honestly I like either the standard black carbon or black ash wood grain I'm going to switch over to.

I haven't done it but it shouldn't be too bad if you're used to basic DIY projects. I have looked into removing the trim on the dash and pretty sure the screen has to come off. The console is really easy to remove and the door panels will have to come off. I would check YouTube.

Look for turbo vent replacement videos they show all the trim coming off

Yeah, I know someone else wrapped their dash parts and it looked good. Just not excited about a wrap.

My 2020 E63 wagon came with the same silver trim so I purchase a complete CF trim from ebay and replaced it. Dash trim is the easy part the door trim was tricky due to the clips behind the trim. Take your time and the entire process is not too difficult.

You just have to be patient and possibly lucky too. I was able to find a complete set and made an offer.
