2019 e63s harsh downshifts
I have a 2019 e63s and i have been experiencing harsh downshifts but only when in automatic and in comfort mode. Has anyone had a similar experience?

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ECU dyno tune; EDOK TCU tune; BB intakes; sprintbooster
- what downshift is most prevalent for harshness (4-3, 3-2)
- have you reset the tcu learned adaptations
- are you tuned?
- how long have you owned the car and has it only recently been doing this?
- has the trans fluid been serviced (due at 30k intervals)
- is it more prevalent in c, s, or s+ modes? Typically comfort should be the most smooth of course so it's odd that it's happening in C
in the sticky starting here at this link you can review discussions on not smooth shifting

It is mostly prevalent when shifting down from 3-2.
I am stage 1 with a cpc tune and tcu tune
I have owned the car for around 5 months and i have noticed it almost immediately.
I just got the transmission serviced but it has not changed anything.
It only happens in comfort mode when decelerating

Did you ask the supplier of these tunes what you are to expect from shifting? Its my experience with TCU tuning that shifts became more direct, but also harsher when being driven mellow. My experience is not in this platform, but since you are not stock, I would not expect stock performance. Have you tried running stock files or was this tuned before your purchase? If you are the owner that tuned the car, what did it feel like before tuning?
