Can you tell me where or what this coolant leak is please?

While we had the wagon up on the hoist putting the covers back on after the air compressor replacement due to the airmatic system failing, we gave the car a thorough look over with LED torches and found this peculiar coolant leak up above the harmonic balancer a little bit to the left. There's some sort of fitting or pump it looks like?
Not sure what it is but it's all in underneath the air intake box and there's a minor leak there. We're just wondering what this is and is it difficult to replace if anyone knows please?
So, yesterday in our GLS we had a random leak. Slow...then, all of a sudden not so slow. Turned out to be one of the plastic hoses to a turbo. So, took out the charge pipes, took off the thermostat and did the AWESOME upgrade repair that I owe to someone on this forum.
So, took out a few things...you can see the broken hose, this is the DS turbo return hose. Granted, not the same as your car, there is a TON of part sharing and these tubes and fittings are in all of my cars - be it the C300 or the GLS or the E63S's.
Then, of course the fitting broke....because why not?
So, got the new fitting, got me my handy dandy silicone "upgrade" tube and laid some pipe....all in all, under an hour. I needed a coolant flush anyways...

That is the thermostat housing, which is above the main water pump.
