Renntech badging yeah or nay?

Hi All,
I have a Renntech tune, CPC and TCU tune and they sent Renntech badging with it. I'm curious if I stick on the badging, does it cheapen the car or makes resale harder? I don't pound on it or drag race it I just wanted a little extra power. Is Renntech a reputable enough tuner that they're well respected and will be appreciated by most or is it best to fly under the radar? I guess it's better than a "Bob's tuning mart" badge. Any thoughts appreciated.

J.

I would not if i did the tune. No point in trying to get those honda civics to prompt you for a race.

re: badging

do what you feel is right - you don't need other peoples' opinions on this. And that's just my opinion $0.02

Lol no it's not. The reason I asked is because if I see an ad with blackout badges, wrap or some other aftermarket stuff I usually just move onto the next ad. Is Renntech or Brabus different? I don't know which is why I asked. Yes, the question is unorthodox but it is legitimate.

Thanks for the replies so far.

No, renntech is not different. IMO the only time the car deserves free advertising for the vendor is when they build it. A real Brabus is usually factory purchased and converted before ownership, and it done at a factory and not a dealer. Badges and the like are for the people that like to keep the tags on there clothes and stickers on their hats, it means more to the owner and kids on tik tok. Sleepers and silent wealth are the way..

Some folks do badging deletes on their car.

The informed will know anyway, others will be blissfully unaware and think it's just a loud E300 series.

I will say that during the European delivery trip while driving around Germany it did seem that the car definitely turned heads and we got some thumbs up from people several times.
The Selenite Grey Magno was a newer thing then and that might have been some of what caught people's attention, but usually it was when we fired up the car.

All good thoughts. Thanks. I think I'll stick with low key. Iron fist in a velvet glove as they say

I'd say leave it off, and plus, I like the clean, debadged look of a car
