Hello,
I am struggling with a power cutting problem. When I accelerate, the car jerks terribly, it doesn't happen all the time but more and more often. We've checked almost everything, there are no errors in the logs.
I will add that the car has over 1000 horses and the following modifications: hybrid turbochargers, spool HPFP and LPFP, downpipe without catalyst, intake, ECU TCU CPC tune.

Are the injectors still stock?

you've given so little information, why don't you list out what has been checked or replacedOriginally Posted by yfmdawid

A common problem is the exhaust flaps, but we checked them and is also fine.
We also checked the entire fuel system. We change HPFP, Turbochargers, Injectors, Coils to new one.
I have no idea what else we should check.

Time to take it to a different tuner that can work live on a dyno. I’m sure you’re aware of this but some tuners do not program the transmission torque values appropriately so the car will cut out if it sees the wrong torque applied.. with these new systems the units have to be tied together, not just programming one unit individually.Originally Posted by yfmdawid

I've been thinking about it, but it's hard to find anyone better in Poland. Maybe you can recommend someone trustworthy in Europe?Originally Posted by Baltistyle

UPDATE
I spoke with the tuner, and he says there's a problem with the left HPFP (only the left side). He swapped them around, and the left one still has an error. It seems like there's a power issue or something similar.

not sure about tuners in Poland. Are you on any Facebook Mercedes forums? I feel like I see a bunch of people from Poland on the M157 threads. One of the gentleman is Dawid, similar name to you… I’ve seen some conversation about Big builds and tuning so there must be some people out there. They were also remarking on the great pricing in Poland..

Check play in driveshaft, axles and lastly motor mounts.
SPOOL pumps and kits are crap quality in general, so not getting proper fueling could be a factor. But you said the logs checked out so must be a drivetrain issue.
