can't get into workshop mode
Recently, I purchased a used 2022 AMG E53. After getting an oil change this evening, I tried to enter Workshop Mode to reset the service.
I followed a YouTube video step-by-step, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn’t access the workshop menu.
I went to the Trip screen where the mileage is displayed, held the Home button for 10 seconds, then pressed the OK button for 5 seconds, just like the video showed, but it still didn’t work.
Why am I unable to access the Workshop Mode?

Were you ever able to enter into the Workshop mode? I’ve been trying today with no luck, I need to release rear parking brake servo to replace rear pads before I try to compress calipers.

Oh, the other thing is if you don't have the driver assistance package then the buttons are different, but from what I remember you have to always press and hold the button to the left of the touch pad, which I believe is the back button if the vehicle is not equipped with the driver assistance package.
