does w213 E63s AMG from 2019 has a jack mode or something I need to do before putting the car the lift?

 

Never heard of it. Lifted my 21 E63 multiple times with no incident. Unlike some other OEMs, seems like the MB air suspension is less needy in this area.

 

You might get an "accident detected" message after lifting but that goes away after some time.

 

i got this before, i thought it was from the tech dropping it down too quickly. it wasn't crazy fast but quicker than i would have done it. when i started it up it told me that an accident was detected and then like 2 hours later mercedes called me to see if i was ok lol

 

Oh! I just remembered! There is “kind of” a jack setting. In settings there is a Towing Alarm that scared the crap out of me. Turn the towing alarm off if you are only jacking one end of the car or your horn will blast you! IT’S LOUD!

On my 2018 S2123 wagon, I just used QuickJacks a couple weekends ago with no drama at all. I did not activate the front end lift as the lift height is too small and there is plenty of room underneath to position the QJs and the lifting blocks situated on the lifting trays.
