Weird Brake Pedal Feel

Having now put a few miles on my new 2012 E63, I've noticed an odd feeling in the brake pedal during regular driving use. Very sporadically (maybe 1 out of every 10 times), it seems to "stick" ever so slightly at the top right as you initially depress it. It's just a very slight resistance when initially depressed, which goes away immediately after the pedal starts to move. The rest of the downward pedal motion feels totally normal, that is, smooth and effortless like I'm used to.

Now I'm super **** about my cars and am sure the common person wouldn't ever notice this at all, but I'm anxious to hear from anyone who has experienced something similar. In fact, I'm sure the dealer would laugh at me if I tried to take it in to pursue the issue.

Anyone else get this or know what I'm talking about?

Maybe the e-class forum would be better for this post?

Posted over here since more traffic than w212 forum. Also the drivetrain and braking system of 2012 CLS63 pretty much identical to that of 2012 E63.

Yes, pretty much the same turtle with different shells. That's why I'm here checking things out.

never experienced that, but i did test the brakes a couple of times by applying very hard braking from about 60 mph. and theres a very "not so nice" feeling of slippage from the pedal. and i could hear the slippage as well.

i tried it twice and got the same effect. never had this with my m5, where no sound was audible from the brakes at all.

I have the exact same problem with my 2012 c300,
Went to 4 different mercedes dealer service dept. and no one would do anything or replaced anything because that would admit there was a problem with
the brake system and they would have to change every part untill they found the defective part.
Yes they check the system but that as far as they went, I wrote many emails all the way up to head office, NO one cares, in the end I wrote a finale letter.
Listen I still have the car but I planning on trading it in and never stepping in a Mercedes dealer or buying one of there cars. I suggest if you want to keep the car then start replacing every part on the braking system. I have lost respect and sleep over this issue and money when I trade the car in but then I won't fell that sticking pedal anymore.
GOOD LUCK

have a very subtle feel in my brake pedal as well -- doesn't bother me too much but I can understand the frustration
