Just got some brabus lowering springs, want to do the shocks at the same time, I'm think either koni or bilstein. What do yall think, any experience helpful, I'm looking for whichever is closer to stock feel, I don't need to feel the road to know where it is. I wish I had money for the kleemans but unfortunately unemployment doesn't pay that well. One really lame question but I have only had my e class for 2 months and never took apart the suspension, does the e-class use shocks or struts?

Go with Bilsteins! I think that's pretty much a typical setup for MB's.

Rdigglerino, they are shocks, however, sometime the fronts are referred to as struts.

The W203's use MacPherson struts on the front. I am not aware of any other MB's with struts.
