Luke- CLK fitment Question

Luke,

I drive a 99 CLK 320 (w208) and was planning on getting 18 inch Mercedes SL55 AMG rims. Both wheels have Pirelli Pzero Rosso tires; the front ones are (255/40 ZR18) and the rear tires are (285/35 ZR18).

Will these fit or will I need spacers? If so which ones?

Thanks,

Dave

Thanks for the answer, you saved me some money and a hassle. And yes I did try the search feature using the keywords "SL 55 rims CLK" but couldn't find any specific threads relating to my question. I'm sorry if asking you directly inconvienced you in anyway.

Understandable. The thing is your brain is the most complete fitment encylopedia that we have. I love the Tirerack website but it is limited to what you sell (although I could be wrong and what you sell IS pretty much everything that fits). If you could point me in the direction of a fitment guide of some kind at least I will stop posting redundant threads. Thanks,

Dave

Thanks bro, you are one heck of a resource. Tirerack is considered the industry standard and people like you are the reason why. I think I may pick up those 5 spoke AMGs from you (Tirerack) when they come in July.
