rubbing with 235 and 265 rubber on CLK w209

I tried searching the forums for an answer but couldn't find one specific to my problem. I'm running 235 front 265 rear and I'm experiencing some rubbing in deep turns, dips in the road, and bad bumps. I have 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear 37mm offset all around with 12mm spacers for the front and 20mm spacers for the rear. Is there a way I can fix this at a minimal cost? I'm wondering if I should use smaller spacers, but I'm worried about rubbing with the suspension pieces. Another thing I'm not sure about is if I'm using the correct spacers. How much does having the fenders rolled cost and what does it actually do? Thanks for any replies.

Why do you need spacer? Offset 37 will fit fine on the car without spacer.

I tried 5mm spacers and it didn't rub agaiinst suspension pieces but it did rub against these screws in the wheel well. So I definately do need spacers.
