I'v never used something like this before, should I attempt it? Is this difficult to do? Am I better of fhaving it professionally done?

just use a dremel and cut off the inner lip. and paint over it with touch up to prevent rust. or u can use a wooden bat to roll it. just becarefull because the paint my strech and crack or peel under the stress of rolling it, even with a professional tool! just cut it off, u can take off the wheel and use a grinder , just make sure u tape up the car good and THICK, u dont want the shaving to scratch anything.
