One damaged rim and tire on 1yr old set - Luke help!

One damaged rim and tire on 1yr old set - Luke help!
Bought the Borbet Type E 17x8 with Dunlop WinterSport M3 VR 245-45x17 tires last year. Great in the snow...well until I hit a patch of ice this morning 
Left with one cracked rim and a damaged tire. I can't find a Type E anywhere (discontinued I'm told) and the VR WinterSport M3 also seems to be out of stock.
Help. Suggestion please other than buying all new tires and rims? I'll likely run the stock rims down to the dealer but I'm still short a tire.
(I know, buy a spare next time too)

Update: Dealer was able to find a distributor that still had the tires, all I could find was H rated.
I'll swap in the stock rims but I'm still looking for a single Borbet Type E 17x8.
