thanks lee2375, but by too small do you mean width, hiegth, profile??? I'm not sure what you mean (excuse my ignorance)...can I use my existing tires(215/55/15) or will I have to go to larger??? do you know if the 2 wheels have the same offset? Thanks for all the help!

If your existing tires are 215/55-15 and the rims are 16", then it won't fit -- the last number (15) is the rim size that tire fits on, and a 15" tire won't fit on a 16" rim. You'll need to get a 215/55-16 tire to mount onto those rims to fit a W210 E-class.

The CLK 16" rims should come with either 225/50-16 or 205/55-16 tires (I'm basing this off the fact that the CLK sport package comes with 225/45-17's), so those tires are just a little too small (diameter and circumference) for the W210.

Offset should not be a problem.

oops...

I meant 215/55-16, not... 215/55-15. My mistake.

You should be fine mounting your tires onto the CLK 16" rim, then.
